This is the most profound concept I teach Eye surgeons over the last three decades and it also applies to life ❤️ in general.
We are all different and its a tremendous waste 🗑 to try and become like somebody and then even more silly 🤡 to try and then compete with that somebody.
You lose both ways; having lost your individuality and also succumbed to what I call “majority mediocrity”.
This problem is the root of insecurity and even self imposed by many who actually hire marketing teams and consultants who first make you spend to try and have the same skill, the same technologies and the same attributes as your competition and then again make you spend to now compete with that very competition without realizing that you have now stepped down from what I feel could have been your highest asset; you’re difference!
May I encourage you to believe in your difference, keep honing that difference and watch how the world 🌎 automatically elevates your difference.
