Corneal Contour Modification C2M™ is Dr. Gulani’s customized approach to work on the cornea in a least interventional and visually promising approach, honed over 3 decades to correct irregular, scarred and complicated corneas including Keratoconus, Radial Keratotomy and Lasik or Smile complications using Laser, Lamellar or Intra-corneal implants in addition to Corneal crosslinking methods.

Dr. Gulani performs the full spectrum of corneal surgery including artificial corneal transplants (He was First in the entire State of Florida to do so) and has been teaching advanced corneal surgery in his Lasik complication management courses for surgeons worldwide.
He believes that since Lasik is a corneal surgery, any complication or untoward outcomes can be confidently addressed by a corneal procedure.

Indications for Corneoplastique® would be the following:
