I am 69 years old and in generally excellent health.  However, I wore contacts all the time.  I was very farsighted.

My vision had deteriorated over a period of years so that I had to put on glasses to see the clock in the middle of the night!  The shape of my eyes were such that only one brand of contacts fit and that brand did not make contacts in a high enough power.  So I had come to the point of wearing contacts AND glasses to read. 

The prescription for my regular glasses resembled Coke bottle bottoms and were very unbecoming so I only used them for putting on contacts.

At a regular check up at my eye doctor’s office  in Fernandina Beach, I was told that Dr. Gulani had solved vision problems for people who had not been able to be helped by other doctors.  In the past, I had been told that my vision was too far gone for help until more research was done.

I also discovered that my neighbors, Temple and Barney Fletcher had just been helped by Dr. Gulani and highly recommended him.

My experience at Gulani Vision gave me the confidence that I needed to pursue the lens replacement and Lasik combination procedures. 

I was inspired by Dr. Gulani’s appearance, caring manner, and professionalism.  I was also impressed by the office staff, the web site, and a very credible history of prolonged success.

In my life time, few doctors had bothered to take the time to see how their patient was doing. 

Dr. Gulani is an exception to that.  He showed genuine concern after each procedure by taking the time to call even long distance as we traveled.

It is wonderful to have 20/20 vision again for distance and for near reading and be free of glasses and contacts!!!

Without qualification, I highly recommend Dr. Gulani to everyone as I am one very pleased patient!
