I had been wearing glasses since my early teen. My vision problem is quite complex and it includes severe myopia, congenital cataract and astigmatism. I was considered at high risk for eye surgery. I went to Dr. Gulani after extensive research, and it surely brought miracles to my life! Without glasses, my vision before surgery was less than 20/800, counting fingers at 6 feet. I could not see the Big E on the chart). My spectacle number was High Myopia or Very Nearsighted. ie. -10.00 D right eye and -12.00 D left eye with Astigmatism in both eyes.

I had the special Restor Multifocal Lens inserted last December, and my vision after Cataract surgery was 20/40 with remaining Astigmatism to be corrected. This vision itself was good but not perfect, Dr. Gulani did the astigmatism correction with Advanced Laser (like LASIK surgery) 2 months after the cataract surgery. Now my vision is 20/20 distance and near WITHOUT GLASSES. I have no discomfort with my eyes at all. I feel the work he does is beyond and above any guidelines. His superior work ethics, personal and professional quality have to be reached only with God's help and blessings.

I thank God, and thank Dr. Gulani everyday for my clear vision today and I will work harder and harder to be the best doctor I can be for all the patients who count on me! He is my inspiration and role model!
